My second last year of high school my form master called my parents in for an interview. He basically told them I was a complete loser that I was going to be relegated to the scrap heap of life because all I had was one real goal when I left school. All I wanted to do was travel around the world and go surfing. That was it, but to cut a long story short, after having many adventures around the globe I started a real estate company. Now you should know that I had no experience and I did not really like or trust people in real estate. And as you will see that was what saved me.

I had no money when I started but that became the most successful selling, real estate company for its size in the south west districts of Sydney. Then I moved into the big leagues of business - project marketing. Basically what I did was take a lot of very big projects, big villa sites, and subdivisions etc and sell them on mass. On just one day alone, we sold 26 properties, so you can imagine we were making a ton of money. I had all the trappings of success ... I owned a Porsche and regularly holidayed in places like Aspen (I love skiing and snowboarding).

What was it that created this remarkable success? I have spent around $350,000 on learning cutting edge marketing, wealth creation and success mindset techniques. And I put this into practice in the real world. I experimented and found out what REALLY works in making a lot of money. I was applying all of that to my team and the results were staggering. Every sales person was in the top 1% of producers in the country. These people were all broke before they worked for me and suddenly they were making really great money. So I knew I was onto something that actually worked.

I was asked by Tom Hopkins, the international sales trainer to speak at his convention, to reveal how I got these amazing business results. Robert Kiyosaki, asked me to speak also and I did a lot of seminars with him.

I left my real estate company about 16 years ago and since then I have taught tens of thousands of people in Australia, China, USA, NZ & Asia. I am a best selling author (published by Harper Collins); I have done over 100 media interviews, including an entire ABC documentary, on my life and seminars that was aired on prime time television. Some very big companies have paid me large sums (The Flight Centre paid me $2,200 an hour) to consult them. I have trained the head consultants of an internationally famous business consultancy that serve half of Fortune magazines most respected international companies (naturally they do not want their name mentioned ... but they did want my cutting edge techniques).
